If like Solomon
God came to you this day
Asking what do you want
What would you say?
This is a good practice
Of setting our goal
For this says a lot
Of the state of our soul
Faith, hope and love
Maybe three to pursue
Or Lord Let me want
Nothing but you
An answer of wisdom
Of insight so true
For everything’s right
When we see with God’s view
Or it we are honest
Wealth, pleasure or power
For without wisdom
These will us, devour
For what pleases God
Is when we do strive
For gifts that make us
Spiritually alive
This dream has come true
For God asks every day
Waiting to bless
His gifts when we pray
Amazingly constructed and true and beautiful Daryl!

I’ve thought of that question often and like you came to the conclusion our Father tells us we don’t have because we don’t ask or ask amiss.
