Come acknowledge this fact
And don’t be a fool
To see that this world
Can be brutality cruel
Where innocent suffer
With crippling disease
Or war, inhumane
Our freedom to seize
In the fragile balance
Of life’s turn every day
For each of us are
Just a moment away
Come build our foundation
In prayer with our soul
To our God eternal
To trust He’s in control
