Each dawning we meet
An intimate sharing
Our feelings complete
With a heart of compassion
No judgment to see
Encouraging always

Sends endorphins flying
Rejoicing in joy’s
Laughter abounds

Can you hurry a sunrise?
Flower faster to grow
Each morning, a practice
Of patience to show
Can I have it all now?
Your wisdom bestow
Through grace of Your giving

How great is your love

No eternity end
Why can’t I hear you
In silence be heard
For your love of all

God knows our challenge
Of worry and fear

How is God love found here?
Starting with a sunrise
A new beginning, see
A path of love is set
What Gods’ prepared for me
Souls that we encounter
Gods’ purpose we believe
Perhaps a gift of sharing
Or one to receive
When sins of our choosing
Falling to our knee
Grateful for forgiveness
The grace of Gods’ mercy
When we are discouraged
It’s difficult to cope
We turn the scriptures page
Receive the Word of hope
Even when life’s boring
Nothing here to do
Ignite the joy within
To know God’s loving you
Word of life transforming
A blessing to bestow
God loves us completely
Let our soul truly know
He is always loving
Our actions good or bad
No matter how we’re feeling
If happy or we’re sad
When whispers start arising
Let our soul decry
Whatever we may doubt
That is just a lie
We are precious to Him
Our soul He does adore
It’s true, in every moment
He couldn’t love us more
Let this be our joy
We are a child of His
He can never stop
