By Creators master stroke
A season of the calling
That our God invokes
Beauty of potential
That branches once concealed
Through moving of His light
A treasure now revealed
A masterpiece of awe
Pause river, now be stilled
Reflects a greater glory
In submission of the will
Eye seek the potential
In souls of path this day
Encourage inner light
To shine within Your way
Have you seen the eyes of God?
A blessed gift in moment true
An unexpected chance encounter
A time forever changes you
The eyes in which compassion dwells
The gaze that draws you in
The depths of which has no end
The one who knows no sin
He who speaks His word of love
That makes all else fall away
The eyes which love right to the soul
My heart seeks him today
My deepest prayer asked through Your grace
Is that your love will shine through me
That my outside fall away and
May Your gaze through my eyes be
Opening my eyes upon morning light
I am surrounded in Your presence
Pausing in the moment
To find You in the sweet fresh air
And breathing in Your spirit
Let me live for You this day
Let me work for You this day
Let me love for You this day
In the challenges presented
In the souls encountered
In the decisions of the day
Lord, give me wisdom
Lord, give me strength
Lord, fill me with Your love
And be in me
I see within the water
In glimpse of sparkled light
The message that You send
A gift of old insight
A turning back of pages
Remembered through the years
Reflections of the drawings
A picture painted clear
You were always with me
In joy and sorrows both
Hand of wisdom guiding
Encouragement of growth
Memories of beauty
Etched in souls delight
Treasures for the keeping
Binding us so tight

In frequent turning to
When fear or trials rise
Let me turn to You
Hear the Spirit calling
Drawing us today
Hope within the rising
To walk within Your way
Awakening the sleeping
Heart now stirs anew
Opening the window
To let Your light shine through
No longer in the darkness
We’ll shine Your light today
Freedom of the righteous
For humbleness we pray
Joy within the shining
Sin is cast away
Love forever dwelling
Graces sent our way
Spirit lifts us higher
Swirling into One
Following the Savior
That Your will be done
Glory to the Father
That the battles won
Building of His kingdom
Through the love of Son
Soul is burning brighter
Faith is growing strong
Putting into action

A time with God of soul

Peace the tune imparts

Instilled to be employed
Showered in Your blessings
In word of which You send
Perceived in contemplation
One love now comprehends
Covenant of being
Won by blood of Son
Glorious our bonding
Through grace a day begun
Life’s a wheel of fortune
Spinning through the years
Seeking of your treasure
Power, fame, careers
Sometimes we are king
In reigning over all
Sometimes we’re descending
I reigned before the fall
At bottom we’re the pauper
In need of everything
Then we climb the ladder
Begin the ascending
Each stage we are surrounded
Anxiousness we see
But there’s another answer
When Christ our treasure be
Christ resides in center
Our hope within the way
Dwell with Him in peace
Find Him now we pray
May eye catch the unseen
In walk of path today
What God calls me to see
In guiding of His Way
Etching of horizon
Silhouette of peace
Nourishment of soul
Decrees that all fear cease
Poems in colors whisper
Massaging the soul still
Leaven for the grateful

In song of falling leaf
A dance of being free
Singing of the verse
That Jesus moves with me

Speaks the word today
Instilled by love of God

Through petals of the many
Take shape to form the one
Fruit produced from grace
That God’s will was done
Roots of searching deep
Foundation that has grown
Secure in passing storms
Wisdom of the known
Intimate opening
In giving of it all
Seeds of the to be
Await their time to fall
Let opening of beauty
Catch the eye today
Pause with grateful ear
To hear the word today
In stillness of the now
Peace encompassing
River shines in rippled glass
Spirit whispering
Soul at rest in Your embrace
Your great treasures shared
Lost within Your offerings
Worldly can’t compare
Empty mind, heart consumes
Wisdom from the vine
Pride falls through my empty hands
Clenching treasures fine
Consume my soul these blessed gifts
