Unto the altar
Our gift we bring here
With our will to offer
To You Lord, we share
One chalice of wine
One cup of bread
With a sip and a bite
All will be fed
For in bread is wheat
From a seed, begun
The seed from the earth
With light from the sun
And from the sun
The solar system, traverse
And follow from there
The whole universe
In simple elements
God, we bring to You
All of creation
Your Word transforms into
I once was blind and now I see
I once was deaf, now hear clearly
I once was chained but now am free
From shame blessed my, identity
As lost now in community
Was once empty, now filled fully
Lived in fear, now loved dearly
Once in despair, live hopefully
From selfishness, share joyfully
Once was starved, fed gratefully
And how you ask? Simplicity
Hear Jesus say come follow me
The Word, amen, said willingly
With each choice made
Willfully
Charts the way
Of our journey
The way to choose
One earthly
Or love of Christ
Spiritually
In sin we are
All guilty
Through Christ released
All set free
Each day the
Opportunity
To serve Christ in
Community
A body of
humanity
A soul in Christ
Divinity
A life that is
Temporary
In Christ the way
To eternity
Isn’t the earth
Flooded today
With sin and destruction
In so many ways
Oh Lord let me enter
Back into the ark
One of Your Church
On our journey, embark
Good stewards to gather
As one family
A remnant of Eden
Alignment with Thee
From one of the world
Where it’s all about me
To offer our praise
And sing as one body
To turn from the view
Where were told we’re OK
To ask for forgiveness
For our sin everyday
Away from our idols
And what tempts me
To acknowledge you Lord
And give you the glory
From gorging ourselves
With junk that we’re fed
To feed our souls
With Your living bread
And back to this world
Open windows and doors
With Your love, life and light
A flood to outpour
When I reflect upon my day
I change my attitude
For blessings of such grace received
A soul of gratitude
My day began with many things
That could go wrong I feared
By the gift of precious grace
I saw they disappeared
In moments of a pause of prayer
With my will to release
I found within the gift of grace
A taste of heavens’ peace
I find that I am overwhelmed
By grace in many ways
The gift that we cannot repay
Just lift a heart of praise
Oh, let me give all that I have
With generosity
For treasures blessed from heaven’s store
By grace are blessed for free
Offered before us
Upon branches to lift
A simple white blossom
Is the dogwood’s gift
A display of beauty
Adrift in the air
A blessing to receive
In this moment here
A prayer to behold
Of gentle embrace
Dwelling within
A vision of grace
A whisper of wisdom
Of being content
Awareness surrounding
That it’s heaven sent
Tell me my friend, from your heart true
If you heard from God, What would He say to you
Know you were created, In this image of mine
And I have loved you from, the beginning of time
I love you here and now, I couldn’t love you more
I rejoice in you, you, I do adore
Know that I am kind with patience that endures
Come to rest in Me, feel safe and secure
I know your heavy cross, and the burdens you bear
I know all your sins and your deepest fears
I know your desires, I feel every tear
You’re never alone, I am always here
My Spirit is waiting, when you want to begin
With a humble heart, just welcome us in
Feel my peace, love and joy, know it when we pray
And if you want more, just give it away
I love you as you are, I hope you can trust me
To love you into, who you’re meant to be
For you I’ve a calling, a purpose you see
In building my kingdom, to serve joyfully
Know my great mercy, each sin I forgive
You’re covered in grace, each day that you live
Know in every choice, I give you control
In choosing your God, and feeding your soul
Come dwell with your soul, with Spirit be heard
No end to the wisdom, found in my Word
Find in each moment, through senses aware
The gifts of blessings, with you that I share
I want you to know, your identity
You are my beloved, come now walk with Me
In silent reverence
Here we contemplate
For what God has prepared
We gratefully await
And found within His time
The light of life to raise
Our hope in the to be
We lift up our praise
We open as we are
In humility
We offer what we have
God shows this as beauty
Come clear sky or storm
In trust to let it seep
Dependent on His grace
With faith to grow roots deep
Bearing fruits of Spirit
Seeds of which to sow
In a breath of breeze
Our joy let them go
When the season comes
Surrender willingly
Our remains to nourish
We leave our legacy
Found within nature
Or joyful celebrations
Surrounding of a casket
A fragrant inspiration
The prayer of every flower
To pause and join along
Adoring our Creator
In One love, we belong
Pondering our Lord
When He walked this space
In the many ways
He offered His embrace
Open to all sinners
Blessing them with grace
The broken and outcast
With His loving embrace
Even unto death
Accusers He did face
He outstretched His arms
A cross nailed His embrace
Now forever open
He waits every place
For us to fall into
One precious embrace
Here within Your Presence
A tongue of Spirits fire
Igniting of my soul
With such a strong desire
A longing to go deeper
One in the divine
Oh for just a taste
Of Your precious wine
Such a great hunger
Needing to be fed
Oh to be nourished
By Your living bread
Find in our communion
Of true intimacy
Our Lord’s great desire
To consume all of Me
